If informal resolution is unsuccessful, either party may initiate binding arbitration or legal proceedings in accordance with the governing law provisions above. Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) by a single arbitrator.
Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. The arbitration shall take place in London, England, and shall be conducted in the English language.
MarketPulse reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time if:
Termination of your account shall not relieve you of any obligations to pay outstanding fees or damages resulting from your violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the modifications, you may terminate your account. Disputes about terms modifications shall be resolved according to the governing law and dispute resolution provisions of these Terms.
